Repair is usually the right call while parts are easy to get and the system has years left in it. When it doesn't, we lay out replacement options for your home and budget, then install the system you pick.
Common AC problems we fix
- Warm air from the vents or a system that runs and runs
- Outdoor unit humming but the fan won't spin
- Ice on the refrigerant lines or indoor coil
- Water around the air handler or a clogged condensate drain
- Breakers tripping, short cycling or a dead thermostat
- Condenser fan motors, capacitors, contactors and evaporator coils
Repair or replace? You decide
We give you the facts: the age of the system, what the repair costs, and what a new one would save on power bills. If waiting on a part would leave you hot longer than you can stand, we tell you that too. The choice is always yours.
New AC installation
New systems are sized to the house, not guessed from square footage alone. We remove the old equipment, set the new condenser and air handler, connect the lines and controls, test the charge and airflow, and clean up before we leave. Ask about financing if you are replacing a whole system.
